TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Entry is free to all groups.

2. All participants will get a digital certificate.

3. Send your details drawing photo ( photo 1) & Take a photo with the artwork in hand ( photo 2)

5. Size of the artwork should be A4,A3 Normal cartage paper.

6.  Only one entry per participant.

7. Wait for Artwork and details approval. Team will check all details and reply as soon as possible.

8. Art Work must be the student’s original creative work

9. The photo of the artwork should not be a screen shot, edit, crop, old, copy of another. If so, the artwork will not be accepted.

10. The submitted entry must be an original creation.

11. There will be only one round of competition.

12. Last date of submission: 15th August 2020.

13. Participants Name should be mentioned on the Drawing sheet on front side in corner.

14. Participants can use any medium of Colours (watercolor, acrylic or oil).   or pencil (graphite, charcoal, pastel or coloured pencils)

15. The Competition shall open at 6.00 am on the 1st July 2020 and shall close at 12.00 am on the 15th August 2020. Entries received after this date and time shall not be considered for entry under any circumstances.

16. In order to enter the competition, all entrants must complete an online application form or Whats’app at the link provided and follows all directions therein. All images uploaded for the purposes of completing the entry process shall not be manipulated or otherwise artificially or digitally enhanced by the Participant.

17. Only one entry per entrant is allowed. If more than one entry is received from an entrant, only the first entry will be judged.

18. There will be no entry fee charged to the Participant.

 

 

PRIZES:

1. Winners from each group will be announced on 1st September, 2020  on our website & social media page.                      ( facebook : https://www.facebook.com/abaaart / Instagram Page: https://www.instagram.com/abaaart/

2. Winner’s contestants will receive digital certificates.

3. All winners (First, Second position) from all groups will receive Digital Winner certificates.

4. All the participants can get their certificates from our website on 22 September 2020.

5. Winners will get a call from our team for the prize distribution and for collecting further details.

 

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

1. The artwork submitted to our competitions will be judged based on the following elements of artistic expression

2. Interpretation and the clarity of the theme to the viewer.

3. Creativity and originality of the depicted theme.

4. Quality of artistic composition and overall design based on the theme.

5. Overall impression of the art. What is the effect of the artwork in general and as a whole? Overall, does the artwork stand on its own as a complete and outstanding work of art?

6. The judges have appointed by Abaa Art of such qualification as it sees fit at its sole discretion. The Judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. All works has judged anonymously and there will be no segregation by country, genre or style etc. Final authority on results of the competition is reserved with Abaa Art India.

7. Judges decision will be final.

1. Do Not Use Someone Else's Submittable Account to Submit Your Entries to Our Art Competitions. This Causes Confusion, Errors and Wastes Time during Our Administration Process.  When we find such entries, we will Reject the Artist's Entire Submission.   Thank You for Your Cooperation.
